You don't have time. Got it. Here's the plan that works for a 10 handicap with a real job — two 30-minute sessions a week, one short-game, one full-swing, both with intent.
Session 1 — Short game (home or backyard)
| Time | Drill | Why |
|---|---|---|
| 10 min | Putt to a coin from 4 ft | Build a centered strike |
| 10 min | Lag putts from 30 ft to a quarter | Distance control |
| 10 min | Chip 20 balls to a towel from 10 yds | Trajectory + contact |
Session 2 — Full swing (range or sim)
- 10 min — wedges with a target, full routine, alternating distances.
- 10 min — irons, switching club every shot.
- 10 min — driver + tee-ball-and-approach sequences (play imaginary holes).
